Show Me the Money
Who needs this?
The business that is seeking financing and is required to show a plan and forecast to a bank or investors.
Why?
Banks often see poorly thought-out business plans that are terribly written, demonstrate no logic and propose unrealistic forecasts. If you really want to get the loan, you need to communicate to the bank in their language.
How?
We pick your brain and make sure we get all the pieces that a bank needs to see - the market research, the competition, the product or service description, customer description, etc. If you need us to do any additional market research or if your business is particularly complex, the price of the plan will increase. We will analyze your existing business and provide recommendations for financial projections that will be clear and in a format the banks require. We can even accompany you to one bank meeting to serve as your interpreter/advisor.
We usually have an initial 1-hr face-to-face meeting with you, then if necessary, a series of half-hour phone conversations to fill in the blanks. When it is finished, we will deliver two bound color copies. We require half payment up front and the other half when the final version is submitted.
How is this different from the cheaper Roadmap to My Biz package?
There tends to be a little more time investment on our part when we are dealing with a plan whose goal is financing. Visits to a bank, more questions from the investors that we need to answer, etc. That is why we charge a little more.
When will it be ready?
We will do our best to get a rough draft to you in 14 days, however, this depends upon whether we get all the information from you in a timely fashion. Depending upon how many edits the draft needs, we are usually able to produce a final business plan within 30 days.
Why are you so great?
We used to write economic forecast reports for a living and find the writing, the number crunching, the sales forecast lots of fun. However, even though we do a good job, this in no way guarantees approval for financing.

Roadmap to My Biz
Who needs this?
Ideally, all businesses
Why?
Often business owners skip key pieces of research and make decisions by default without thinking everything through. The result is that over 80% of business don’t survive the first five years.
How?
We pick your brain and make sure we get from you all the pieces—the market research, the competition, the product or service description, customer description, etc. This may require you to go back and do some homework (or we can do it for you for an additional fee). We will also spend a good amount of time on your sales forecast and finances and bring some perspective if we think you are being too ambitious.

I Can Handle the Truth
Who needs this?
We see a couple types of businesses that need this:
- A business that already has a roadmap and wants a professional set of eyes to critique it
- A business that bought Business Plan Pro to write a plan themselves but are now stuck
Why?
A business roadmap should be a document that you revisit occasionally to see if you are still on track with your initial goals or if the business has evolved and is headed in a different direction.
How?
We pick your brain and make sure all the pieces are there—the market research, the competition, the product or service description, customer description, etc. We may send you off to do some homework (or we can do it for you for an additional fee). We will also spend a good amount of time on your sales forecast and finances and bring some perspective if we think you are being too ambitious.
We usually have an initial 1-hr face-to-face meeting with you, then if necessary, a series of half-hour phone conversations to fill in the blanks. When it is finished, we will deliver two bound color copies. We require half payment up front and the other half when the final version is submitted. If we exceed 12 hours, there will be an additional charge of $95/hr.
When will it be ready?
We will do our best to complete our analysis and critique within 14 days, however, this depends upon whether we get all the information from you in a timely fashion. Depending upon how many edits the draft needs, we are usually able to produce a final roadmap within 30 days.
